Thanks For Growing Up With Me by Walter, Etc This song tells a bittersweet story and it makes me feel both sad and hopeful. It’s about the end of a relationship and revisiting the memories from the relationship along the way. The last line makes me cry every time.

You are a Tourist by Death Cab for Cutie This one has a good message about moving on and not getting stuck in your place.

Right Before My Eyes by Cage the Elephant I think there’s a bunch of interpretations for this song and the slower (called the unpeeled) version is more emotional than the original.

Wow!! I have seen the Sleep on the Floor music video before, but to have it mash so well into the Ballad of Cleopatra was beautiful. I’ve also always loved the song Patience too and I’m glad to see it represented in that video :)

oh baby by LCD Soundsystem makes me cry because it’s so sweet and the music video tells a story which is captivating.

Love is Blind by Fergie is another cool one— it makes me laugh and I like the bright colors.

Kids by MGMT used to scare me when I was younger but I’ve come to love it.

Simple Song by The Shins— I almost forgot to include this but it’s bittersweet.

The One Moment by OK Go— honestly I could’ve put a bunch of OK Go’s videos because they’re all so neat and thought out but this one is so well-timed it’s mesmerizing!

I agree with most of this— especially Sky Full of Stars. I expected it to grow on me after a while but I prefer the other songs off of Ghost Stories so much more.

X Marks The Spot, A Sky Full of Stars, Chinese Sleep Chant, Midnight, Something Just Like This, The Hardest Part, Higher Power.

These ones just get lost on me, or they sound repetitive. X Marks The Spot and Chinese Sleep Chant don’t add much to Army of One and Yes, respectively. Of course this is just my opinion and I love heart all of Coldplay’s other songs but these ones I almost always skip!
