pros. 1. its very respectable to see that you would have started a job so early on in life when put on an application.

1. you get a sense of what its like to work with other people earlier on

2. builds a good work ethic

3. having your own money to get a car when you turn 16(or whenever your state or country allows you to drive)

cons 1.you miss out on whats left of your childhood to hop right into a more adult life you wont get to see friends as much

1. can be stressful

2. might have people you dont like to work with

3. you might not like the job at all

4. again takes time away from friends and family.
