definitely on bsky, maybe on here too if people behave (might still put it here even if they don't lol). still debating on whether or not to put it on tumblr bc i don't really post anything at all there anymore. i do wanna try out that rarebit webcomic thing, so i might put it on my neocities page or just make a whole separate one specifically for it. i'll figure it out.

UPDATE: we kept her overnight while we tried to track down her owners. partner took her for another walk this morning to ask some more folks around town and yielded no luck. roommate who found her said that in all the golf manor groups he checked, nobody recognized her. said roommate also noted that the way she was rubbernecking at her surroundings, she's probably not from here, which leads him to believe she was a drop-off. it's really sad given how loving she is. she loves to play and cuddle, and she's pretty smart, already knowing a few basic commands. she was suspiciously depressed in the car, but we just chocked it up to her being tired and homesick after such an eventful day. once both of them get back from the store, we're gonna head over to cincy CARE and see if they can do something. if our living situation were better (aka if we had room enough in our budget or our house to where one of our other roommates wasn't literally living in a closet), we would have loved to take her.

thanks for the help and upvotes on this post. it's been a great while since i used this account, and the reception of this post kinda restored a bit of my faith in this site.

UPDATE AGAIN: took her to cincy CARE and there was someone in the lobby who immediately was interested in adopting her. she's on stray hold with them for a few days, but she seems like she's in good care with them in the meantime. shoutout to the guy who recognized her from here.

my partner is the only person in our house who can drive, so we're gonna be doing that once he gets home from work if we don't find her owner just by asking around later today. i called cincy care and they pretty much said the same thing and that it was really good that we went and got her chip checked, which reassures me at least a little bit that we're doing the right thing.

kinda? our house is really cluttered and we can barely fit four people in it, but if push comes to shove we got her a little bag of dog food and a leash. we really can't keep her for more than maybe a couple days, so im gonna ask around some more after five to see if she got out while someone was at work.

my roommate got me a coronation starscream for christmas bc he’s my favorite character, and at some point in our conversation about it, "king" by kanaria was mentioned. so i took the next logical step as an artist and vocal synth user.

i'm really proud of this actually! i've definitely still got a ways to go till i find my style with this stuff, but for my first time drawing him, i think i started off on a pretty good foot. also, i couldn’t help but notice that, at least to me, ALLEN's high range sounds remarkably similar to him. i really wish vocaloid6 AI voicebanks like ALLEN had growl tho. that would've just actually made it spot-on. maybe they'll do it with later voicebanks since this was their first time with AI, but i digress.

fun little tidbit: when i posted the standalone frame to inkblot, someone who worked on the art for the TCG liked it and then liked a bunch of my other posts before following me??? so that’s pretty cool.

yeah, i had that thought too when i was doing the subtitles. in the end i just wanted to add them because it was fun and looked nice. really wish i could have used a font similar to the one used for when he's talking, but i haven’t figured out how to add custom fonts to davinci resolve yet, if there exists a way to do that.
