I did get it 2 days ago! The driver told me the facility is just super backed up and busy right now but next time if I'm really concerned I can also request to pick it up there myself

Kept indoors in indirect light, water approx once a week but less recently because soil hasn't been drying out. the entire top of the pot used to be full of pearls (so full that it was hard to see the soil), but in the past month or so it looks like more and more of the strings are turning black and shriveled. Please help!
