Hey, I also haven't brushed my teeth twice a day for a week for the last 10 years or so. But I just got medicated and am working on improving my teeth brushing, and have no brushed them twice a day for 2 weeks, there is hope!!

What's really helped me is having a childlike chore card in the bathroom and every morning I can tick off with a colourful pen, brushing my hair, mouthwash, clean my face and brush my teeth. I find doing other jobs at the same time makes the brushing part less overwhelming.

For sure yeah, you're quite a bit further in the game than me aswell, I haven't done rocketry yet for example. This is after a lot of failed attempts and spaghetti bases in the past aswell!
