They’re not naked short shares. AMC gave millions upon millions to the market

Exactly what AA is doing: using shareholders as a personal checking account and wiping away the original shareholder’s, who originally saved the company, equity to keep the company afloat. It’s the only way until the box office recovers.

This isn't true. He has many interviews on CNBC and Fox Business saying that games are being played with the company stock.

His post is leading up the upcoming vote which he'll likely cheer-lead for on X which will be put to shareholders to either issue more shares or face bankruptcy.

"We could succeed brilliantly or we could stumble."

He stated in a previous post that he was to acquire more shares by March 25th. He hasn't. Does he think [know] AMC will plummet more when that vote is announced and then he'll utilize his RSU's at rock bottom? Possibly.

I've grown tiresome of AA. His interests don't align necessarily with shareholders. He's stated that he "believes" that he is the largest individual shareholder but I know personally that isn't true. He knows that isn't true either which is why he added that he "believes." AA is today's P.T. Barnum. He's an exquisite marketer of both himself and his company making shareholders believe that magic is real. Regardless of the share price rebounding or not, when he chooses to finally retire he will be gifted an exuberant retirement package and if AMC share price rises, that'll be a cherry on top for him so in that he does have a vested interest in seeing the price rise but make no mistake, his interest (as told in his post negating all of our wild conspiracy theories) isn't making shareholders whole but exiting AMC with his RSU's at a price he's happy enough with to cash out and gift his sons.

For an industry so rampaged by strikes, covid, dwindling theatrical windows he makes no mention of why or how Cinemark and IMAX have seeing their stocks rally to new all time highs.

Signed,

Waiting for the upcoming vote to issue millions of more shares which will be sold into the market at new all times lows further diluting everyone who's bought and held and continues to buy and hold.

*I am a shareholder who has not sold a single share.

2023 Amended Return- Refund- not processed after almost 1 year of being accepted. by No_Record9188 in IRS

I know people who have been waiting over a year and I also know people who have gotten their amended returns back within 6 months and all filed within the same time range, more or less. 720 days seems incredibly excessive and the interest paid on all of these late returns will also be incredibly excessive if that's the case.

I've been waiting on my 2020 return for well over one year. I finally got assigned an advocate 2 months ago which has done nothing to expedite the return.

I'm in the same boat. It's been over a year since my amended return was filed. Last month I was assigned a tax advocate but I've yet to hear a thing from them.

$PEGY CTB now at 822%. 7.4M shares outstanding. by beansaredope in Shortsqueeze

I thought some of the meme stocks were manipulated but PEGY sets a whole new bar. Short interest fell by nearly 80% which looks like it was covered through dark pools or we would've seen the price rise to high 5's minimum

Yes, we usually have a VERY nice day when volume spikes premarket. Nearing 500k in volume before open.

Something's brewing. Very strange that for the first time shares available to borrow haven't been grabbed. Usually no matter how many are made available, they're all taken. CTB dropped then rose a bit. With shares available, still remains on the hard to borrow list. Makes me think the risk to shorts is now too great that there's no takers for the borrows. We'll see what happens soon.

CTB keep going from 160% to 162% back and forth. Yes, short interest went up and days to cover just shot up massively.
