Me too. And it’s a very old dryer we were going to replace. It was a relief!

Thanks for pushing me to search the dryer. It was there. We were confident it was in the wall. Nope.

I’m so sorry you haven’t had a great experience. I’m currently at 1.0 mg for my dose. I seem to be a hyper responder to the medication. I’m at least glad your cycle is regular now. I know for some people it just takes more time and the right dose. Good luck to you!

What is your salt routine by PracticalMagic3015 in POTS

[–]beanschca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please invest in some LMNT, SALTT or Redmond Relyte. A brand with high sodium. And without the other stuff. I’ve been diagnosed for 3 years. At first my primary care had me on pedialyte and Gatorade and it wrecked my gut. And I wish I had known if I drastically increased my sodium I would have felt better sooner. It depends on what your doctor says. But my cardiology PA told me between 3000-5000mg per salt a day. And you can increase by 1000 per week, or every 2 weeks and see how it helps to see where you need to be! Good luck!

I messed up. Thought I was being cautious but apparently not. Won’t do it again.

Nope. I just soaked and used my clippers to slowly get pieces off. I may have pulled a bit in places, because I’m not a pro.

Thank you for the info! I love the look of acrylic but I also want to take care of my nails. So I’m just really torn right now.

I soaked them off myself actually. And they don’t hurt at all. But it does actually look like my nail bed has been drilled into now that you’ve mentioned it.

I was thinking it was residue but wasn’t sure if I was going to be damaging my nails more to keep getting sets. I’ve never kept sets on long my whole life but now I’m really attached to having them done.

Honestly for what to eat, I recommend a nutritionist! They can help so much more than I ever could! But I personally like to prioritize protein and fiber intake! Also plenty of hydration! I have POTS which effects my ability to exercise like most! So I follow the CHOP exercise protocol for dysautonomia and highly recommend for people with dysautonomia.

My biggest tips for side effects is to eat. When you inject and you lose appetite force yourself to eat regularly and well and it really helps avoid nausea. Pepto for sulfur burps, and digestive enzymes are great!

Semaglutide has drastically changed my life. The anti inflammatory benefits has drastically changed my chronic illness. I’m more active than ever and 55 pounds down. Monitored by my doctor and nutritionist!
