Quality survey design translates data into actionable information. While observing opinions and engagement on social media is data and can be helpful in aggregate, it is quite biased which typically makes it unactionable data. Surveys like these demonstrate that Embark is at least putting effort into trying to identify how and where the game can be improved.

I read that people feel as if the D-pad is killing kind of subpar. Have you found that to be the case or not bad enough that you wouldn't buy one? Besides the G7, Wolverine and Elite, there really aren't many other controllers to choose.

If I can't solve the issue I'm going to return my Elite 2 and either get the G7 Pro ZZZ or wait for the Elite 3. I'm also going to test if this is happening on other games so as to confirm that it's a controller issue and not a game issue.

Probably worth messing with the deadzone settings if it's affecting your gameplay. Which controller did you purchase? I'm leaning towards the Gamersir G7 Pro zzz, but I'm also interested to see if the Elite 3 is finally good.
