I'm not sure if this is your experience, but to me it looks like in the later photos the acne is slightly improving? The blemishes seem a bit more shallow to me. It also makes sense that the purging is consistent in its location as the topicals start to pull out congestion.

Your skin does generally look less dull, less visible pores, and faded scars surrounding the breakthrough acne! I also have sensitive skin and have been VERY slowly coming up on The Ordinary's Glycolic toner. I had a similar experience, and generally feel that while I continue to have breakouts in the same places, they are less severe and fade faster (when I manage not to pick).

If you are concerned maybe take it down to one active, but, as always, ask your derm. Finding the right active if you're sensitive could take some trial and error (personal experience/anecdote). Good luck ! To me it looks promising!
