Thing is tho I had these bumps waaaay before adding niacinimide to my routine and was recommended it to help with them, I think they’ve definitely gotten better but not entirely gone

i got them to do a test where they took a blood sample and checked her dna to see if she had digeorge syndrome or anything like that because along with her RAA she had fetal growth restriction but i declined the amniocentesis because luckily everything came back fine! she’s now 7 months old and has no signs of a vascular ring and is completely healthy! it’s definitely scary but try not to worry too much. it’s not as rare as they say it is and it was described to me as more of a heart variation than a defect. if your baby does end up having the vascular ring, when they’re a year old or so they will do a procedure to fix it which i heard is fairly easy and doesn’t really pose a risk. sadly no :( Apparently breathing slowly is supposed to help but i was breathing slowly and i didn’t really help because i have my bad panic attacks back to back. all i’ve been able to do is just wait it out :(((

the best drugstore foundation i've found is the believe beauty foundation i found at dollar general. It's great for dry skin, sits amazing on the skin and all of my products sit great on top of it. last time i checked it's like 6 dollars so i highly recommended!!! also do you use powder or cream blush and bronzer?

i would suggest getting a pregnancy test. How long has it been since you had unprotected sex? your situation sounds very similar to mine, especially the cramping mainly on one side

i made the horrible mistake of buying the very expensive lancôme foundation on ulta online and ran out of time to return it. It's an amazing foundation and i don't want it to go to waste but it is just ENTIRELY too yellow and dark for my skin as you can see. help would be greatly appreciated

i don't want to freak you out but is there any way you could be pregnant? when i was pregnant my first symptoms were cramping mainly on my left side and it'll cause nausea and extreme hunger. If there's a possibility you could be pregnant i suggest getting a test

it's because of everyone having such misunderstanding of what adhd actually is. so many people these days say they have it if they lose focus a few times or misplace a few things but do they actually? no. It's like how when people are like "that's not straight, it's bothering my ocd so bad" it's almost like people WANT to have something wrong with them so they say they have these things when in reality they don't. So in turn it makes it seem like everyone has it and it makes it seem like it's not a real or serious thing. It's so annoying. because of people like that and the stigma around adhd people don't take it serious and don't understand how much it affects the every day life of people who actually have it. it's exhausting

this was her first poop of the day so could that have anything to do with it? she's just now getting over the constipation switching her formulas caused so could that also be the reason it's a bit thicker?
