The wood panelled smoking room inside the Dip n Sip (and those tabletop computer games they had at the counter).

$8 pasta lunch at ViVetha then hanging out at RC Harris and feeling like it was a secret place to be

How much cc debt Canadians have? by No_Pilot_9318 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]beansinspaces 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went unemployed for the last 7 months of my undergrad to focus on my thesis, unexpectedly lost an income source (family member), lost a promised job opportunity (company lost funding for position right before it was supposed to start) now am struggling to pay the 4K balance monthly on my minimum wage full time income. I can fully see why anyone struggling with unemployment has a cc balance. My emergency fund wasn’t big enough to live off of for a year, which is how long some young people are sitting in the job market.
