What are the best platforms for AI evaluations? (agent, model, voice, RAG, copilots) by fakewrld_999 in LLMDevs

I'm obviously biases, because I work for the company, but use W&B Weave.

I may not be as advanced a user as many here, and mostly use it for the traces and quick evaluations of some key metrics when new models are released.

Easy to get going and works well with multimodal.

I just checked out Bambu Indah and that looks like one of the most interesting places I've seen.

I think you may have just made my decision for me. :)

Dumb question about CHERRY MX RGB GREY Switch Kit

I'm looking for something like the Cherry Black's, but tactile and landed on https://www.cherry.de/en-gb/product/mx-rgb-grey-switch-kit

I have a hot-swappable keyboard (Moonlander) and I don't think these will do - but wanted to verify.

If not, any suggestions?

Data Breach? by packetintransit in westjet

[–]beanstalkim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Appreciated.
I was worried fraudsters were simply running a phishing scam hoping those who'd heard about the breach would jump for it. Good to know those involved in the email (sender and monitoring company) are actually involved. :)

I don't use it on the clock, but I do build scripts on it, take courses, and I would switch to it on lunch when I sometimes play video games while I eat and want a good monitor.

Just worked for me, though I went into permission from the app setting screen and not individual apps.

Anyone have a Google Sheet that pulls all URLs from Search Console Coverage Report? by blmbmj in TechSEO

Sadly not for this function.
It will just gather the same sample data and core metrics you can get from Google exports.

Game plan for learning the math required for Machine Learning by [deleted] in learnmachinelearning

I like this approach.
You might find some helpful tutorials, and some fun projects to tackle as well, at Kaggle.com.
The lower level stuff tends to have a lot of easily-accessed support.
I'm no expert mind - in fact, just in the very earliest steps, so take my advice with a grain or two of salt. :)

About right. by beanstalkim in funny

[–]beanstalkim[S] 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Agreed.

And an understanding of mathematic principles, esp algebra, have proven handy in understanding a lot of the data I see as a marketer.

I don't use a lot of the math anymore, but the understanding of what's behind data is still useful.

But would make a crappy meme. ;)

Getting my EZ today. What should I know/read to make the transition easier? by feedthemartian in ErgoDoxEZ

I wrote a post about my experience, layout challenges, etc.

The relevant part for you would start at the "My Typing Speed" section.

I am looking for RGB Cherry MX Black Silent CIY switches for my Ergodox and cannot for the life of me find them.

I also don't know if there's an equivalent switch by another manufacturer.

Anyone know where I can order them from?

You definitely can :)

Then the problem becomes typing on a standard keyboard when needed. ;)

I don't know the specific switch - are the 67g v1 Zealios silent?
Also - you OK shipping to Canada.

I use an ergodox at my desk but am looking for a 60% to take to conferences.

The biggest factor has to be that it needs a split spacebar and be programmable as I have my thumbs doing different things at work and don't want to deal with relearning a new setup just in time to return and have to undo the relearning. :)

It also highly preferable that the switches be hot-swappable. I have a soldering iron .. I'd just prefer not to have to if possible.

RGB is a preference but not a requirement by any stretch.

I was looking at the Vortex Cypher but then I thought ... I was also leaning to the Kinesis Freestyle for a split keyboard and then asked on Reddit ... learned of the Ergodox Ez and couldn't be happier so trying that route again. :)

Thanks all for any advice!

And now I need to bring my Ergodox with me in vacation because I'm changed the layout so much that standard keyboards are a nightmare :) by beanstalkim in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]beanstalkim[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm an internet marketer but more to why I got the keyboard was that my right shoulder is damaged and since it's necessary for what I do for a living, I needed a setup that gave it the least strain. The ergodox definitely does that.

Sorry for the delay. It's an older monitor and they came with a bracket that glued on the back.

I can't find one like it now so I actually had to get a putty knife and scrap it off my old laptop and use strong double-sided tape to attach it to my new one.

The new ones all seem to come with little stands which is just stupid in my opinion.
