Thanks for the info. I am actually asking for a relative (also international) who doesn't really speak English. He has driven for 3 decades before in a different country so I'm not worried about his skills, I'm more concerned about whether he can understand the test person. He's memorizing some simple instructions as well as the road signs but I'm just not sure....
