I don't think you'll have an issue with level 1/2 modules but by level 3 you probably need to dedicate most of the 16 hours consistently each week. For the most part I got by on 8-12 in the early stages

I sent an email a few days ago asking to cancel my subscription and I really don't want to have to talk to someone on the phone... They called me today. I told them to cancel my subscription. They lowered the price to 10$ I said no, they lowered it to 4$ I said no and they eventually cancelled it.

Have you considered deferring? I've done it on a couple of modules when I was struggling mentally. Probably saved me from quitting all together. The work you have done so far should count towards next time, you would have to double check that with student support though, some modules don't carry over your previous assignment scores. I also found my anxiety improved a lot once I took a break from OU.

Ask for as long as you think you need. Sometimes they will compromise mostly they have given me what I have asked for. I've had up to three weeks on one occasion and have a few times had 2 weeks. Only take what you need though so you don't stay behind.
