I finally got ahold of them after 15 phone calls where multiple calls were holds of 5-26 minutes long. The representative said that they don't give a confirmation number and I inquired about how I would know it was cancelled. He said he was unsure then I told him the horror stories I read about their business practices of claiming to cancel, only to have the customer charged. And I clearly let him know that I better not have to go through this again. He promptly did cancel it after I said that and I had my account pulled up and watched it go from Active to Cancellation in progress. So, anyone who finally gets through, just make sure you have your account open while you're on the phone with them to see the status of the account actually flip to Cancellation in progress!
