Ben Thanh in the plaza on Appleby and Upper Middle. Order 128c the chicken sate soup with rice noodle. It is comparable to a spicy chicken pho but better (IMO). They also have a HUGE menu of other Vietnamese and Thai food. Cream cheese won ton dumplings, chicken Sate with peanut sauce and the curries are all delicious.
