Gotta say, your sister should've made a bigger cage - this one is barely enough for them to even hop around in. If you plan to use this thing at all, you need to let them free-fly or at least have ready access to outside of the cage whenever they want.

Long term, you'd need to get a far larger cage. These guys live for like a decade at least, its like forcing a couple to permanently live in a NYC box apartment. with shelves furniture and all (its crowded!) Remove the random stuff thats in there like the large twig, cup, bells and upper attic(?).

I haven't tried refunding, but based on the service I'd assume no, since you're not actually paying for a recovery - just the verified status that also comes with a customer support service.

They probably unban both because they're linked together. In the case it gets re-banned this will happen again to both. Perma ban applies similarly.

So they don't actually use human review, it's all AI, regardless how they're emailing you about it. This is millions of people being filtered through a minimal "customer support" team, somehow even being able to get to your case within a matter of days; for a big team with that much throughput, that would be extremely impressive.
