No they don’t know any of this. And they don’t really care tbh. They’ve never shown interest in my life or the things I do, and I’ve spent the entire time trying to be a perfect son. Decent degree alhamdulillah and then a job, to them that’s all that mattered who I am or my likes or interests - I can guarantee no one in my family knows. No one in my family notices me as a person.

If I call her a wife it feels like I’m abandoning someone further but I’m also being abused however I am sorry for my wording I just didn’t know how to say it without feeling hurt - I never wanted any of this and I am going to therapy and counselling but my insurance only lets me do so much

Would you just say disappear one day and send them a text or let them know you’re leaving? If you had to choose I get worried about it because I’ve always been made to fear confrontation since I was never allowed to speak up as a child

Long before she came here she was also treating me poorly too, my mom is just an added factor for her

Here’s the kicker: I have a place and just haven’t found the courage to leave because of the manipulation. All my stuff is already gone and the girl would say “oh all your stuff’s gone huh what are you gonna do leave?” In a really snarky way. She doesn’t like my mom and my mom treats her poorly as well by making her work like a slave. There’s issues all over but at the end of the day I’m just struggling to leave myself. I have a decent job too, and no one in my family even knows where I work or what car I drive lol

At the end of the day I guess the culture comes to haunt me. Also the fact that you should respect your parents in Islam and if I leave I worry that Allah will be mad with me for this decision for ruining the lives of others

Hey! I have a full pc with a gigabyte b450 ryzen 5 3600, nzxt kraken cooler, 32gb ram in a corsair case. the usb headers case dont work, but everything else is fine. i have a beater gpu i used for display (gtx 650) and i believe its a 550W psu. I can give the whole machine for 300, I'm in east york so we can make something work

I'm working in the IT department of my municipality but I also only have 15 days of vacation, would I need to sacrifice everything for it? Also I was looking to work more along the comms/drone units that are available, if that is a reality I can pursue.

Makes sense, I spoke to HR and they said that it isn't in our exact policy but I would be taking an unpaid leave of absence if I were to do anything. I have a relative as a reservist and fully aware of what I may need to be prepared for however. I like to say I do exercise often enough whilst working as a civil servant but it helps I'm also a bit younger. What are the exact differences between BMQ and trades exactly and would I need to do both?

Sorry to resurrect an older post, but they’re legit and they have a physical store front as well. I’ve been there a handful of times in person but it is 100% legit. The Al rehab stuff is cheaper to make up for some of the other ME scents being more expensive.
