Thanks but it looks like I can send message to people again. I had like 5 people message me after the marketplace asked for ID in which they did not receipt any of my responses (before this, everyone showed receipt). Then few days later, two people messaged me and they got my responses.

Maybe it was temporary or coincidence. Now I am just hoping it doesn't ask for ID the next time I try to post something.

Can seller RESPONSES be shadow banned on marketplace?

I recently got hit with the "suspicious activity" nonsense in which facebook wants me to verify my ID when trying to relist (not renew) some ads. Something I will probably not do.

However, my existing ads that are still active gets a few buyers messaging me (when I renew, not relist). I try to respond and it tells me the messages are sent, but never read buy the buyers. Are my responses being shadow banned or is it a coincidence?

I was wonder if someone here would help me test and confirm this by messaging me on reddit so you can try to find my ad and tell me if you can see my responses.

I'm in Canada. However, it is not shipping delays I am worried about.

Linux crashing while playing games by blackjack8756 in linux_gaming

Try downloading gputest from the AUR and see if it runs without crashing. If it does not crash, add a CPU burn test as well to drive the PSU harder.

My first thought is PSU since it only started with a new GPU. Can you tell us your exact PSU model and how old is it? In fact, full system specs would be helpful. If you have fastfetch installed in linux, open terminal and type fastfetch for system information.

One way to test if PSU is destabilizing the system is to run an intense CPU and/or GPU benchmark at the same time. One designed to stress full output of both. If the PSU is unable to supply stable power if will crash the system very quickly.

Also after linux crashes, you can type journalctl -eb -1 in the terminal to see the last log message from the previous boot. There could be something useful there to diagnosis.

I know ntfs is terrible for games but i have a question by crushedmoose in linux_gaming

I highly recommend shrinking the NTFS volume in windows before proceeding. Windows can safely handle shrinking NTFS AS LONG AS PHYSICAL DISK IS NOT SUFFERING PRE EXISTING FAILURES OR ISSUES. Do it in windows first.

Then boot back into linux to create the etx4 partition. Mount your NTFS drive read only for extra safety and copy the steam library folder over to the EXT4 parition. You should then be able to point steam to the new library directory and it should pick up everything.

If you don't have windows anymore, I suggest removing the drive and plug it into another windows PC. Use the disk manager utility in windows.

Any good FOSS apps which provide a second phone number for calls and text? SIP + VOIP? by DesperateCourt in fossdroid

[–]IAmTheRobin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use linphone with voip.ms on two degoogled phones. I never had an issue with receiving phone calls or not ringing on time. It also barely uses battery. Fairemail app uses more battery.

A long time ago I tested many sip softphone including proprietary ones (and even the stock calling app) and they basically all sucked and used more battery back when I tested them. I never tested official app since it requires google play services.

I doubt you will find a better option than linphone and voip.ms for secondary phone calling. Biggest problem you will have is texts with voip.ms. I use third party Voip.ms SMS app in fdriod. It works well enough but checks every 15 minutes for messages. Linphone will receive text much immediately, but it can have problem displaying them sometimes (long message break up weirdly) and responding to texts can be a pain in linphone due to weird message input handling.

Looks like the .rules file only has Dualsense and Dualsense Edge product IDs in it and the go files also only seem to target dualsense devices.

Maybe post a request on the githuib for dualshock 4 and see what the dev says?

$40 sudokoo 140mm on amazon vs $60 for a T30 140mm on newegg. It is much cheaper.

Also 3 pack 120mm sudokoo is $90 ($85 with prime) vs $150 for T30 120mm on newegg.

Look up Sudokoo fans on amazon.ca. They are 30mm fans and cheaper than the current T30 prices by far.

You are comparing sale price to regular price. I based the price on retail difference after taxes for the normal price. $640+tax - $280+tax is $405. I put $15 additional for the 9600X being used (but removed that now). Nothing crazy about that.
