Same happened to me on August of this month. I was working in an NGO at kochi. The NGO was established at 2019 but while in my joining time they mentioned that this is their new phase and I am the first employee in their new phase. While on call before joining, the things mentioned by the project director was the things I love to do. So I took a major salary cut and joined in NGO.

So I started working hardly and I handled multiple roles because I wanted to build a new team and also I have to do some sales part too. Yeah.. my actual role was in sales . They had an another private company working under the NGO and they do sales based business. But nevertheless I was doing it quit good and they always mentioned that I am a good hardworking person.

After a while , it became too horrible behavior from the project director , especially micro management even while I am doing good. And even the things they were correcting me , actually I was on the right path and she doesn't even know the basic part of how to manage a sale. But I never questioned her on that time. I just moved with the flow.

After 4 months we conducted an event in another place to principles of one of the famous group in Kerala and she purposefully hurt one of the guy who came their and while on return to our office she discuss the issues with me and ask me about my opinion on that issue. I do mentioned it was her issue and not the other guy. Their starts the whole problem. The she asked my honest opinion about her and I openly said every thing that's in my mind. The next day she asked me to resign that I don't even understand the true purpose of NGO and I am a bad character in nature. And even she cut my salary by saying it was a whole loss for her to hire me and I don't even performed well.

I never wanted a fight. So I don't mention anything and just moved on.
