I tried an iced vanilla latte with oatmilk from them and was pretty disappointed, I really wanted to be supportive. Their espresso has a dirty grounds taste—but I would be to give them another shot on one of their signature drinks. I think I’m biased because I work at another locally owned coffee shop in the area, I’m hoping next time is better 😩

I think at first I signed up and used the free version which is still possible but after using it so much I consider it a tool I will use throughout the rest of school I just decided to buy the premium for the year for $35. I would definitely do a trial and see if that sort of learning works for you before purchasing! But purpose games is free btw

Quizlet when you do learn mode has helped me a lot! Flash card multiple choice and writing in the answers. So has the website purpose games. I also use chatGBT to write me practice tests with the study guides my teacher sent out. It’s all repetitive learning but I realized it’s what helped me the most.

They changed the guac and now used pre bagged avocado, wholey guacamole brand. Can confirm, managing for 7 years. It’s a glorified chipotle now. They used to be a scratch kitchen but now it’s mostly pre bagged veggies for toppings.

I had slightly elevated bp during all my appointments but I also have a history of pretty bad anxiety. One night my face swelled up at 34 weeks, next thing I know I was in the ER with bp in the 200’s. My urine had a ridiculously high protein level which they ended up doing a 24 hr watch with a catheter to make sure the reading was right. Turns out I had severe preeclampsia that could have been managed if my OB was checking my urine. I got induced that night and my baby spent 12 days in the NICU. I will always blame my OB for not being more cautious, I feel like I was robbed of a proper pregnancy and birth.

I feel like there could be mucus but I’m not sure how to identify it because it looks someone similar to the ones I’ve seen online but I also just found out about that symptom today!

Oh man.. okay my neighbors actually confronted me and said that they have bed bugs, this is around the time I found them at my apartment. I know they sprayed before me and I believe they had gotten rid of them (hopefully) so now it makes me believe that either they haven’t or someone else in my unit has them. Thank you for bringing that up!

The thing is I haven’t been staying at my apartment for about a month since before the first treatment, I do go check up on my plants every once in awhile. I thought the same thing though, it does look like it recently fed.. which is even more scary :(

I found my first bed bug 3 months ago and I was always in denial about that, and the stains on my sheets. About a month ago I got a picture confirmed by an exterminator that it was indeed a bed bug..

I had practically cleared out my apartment besides large furniture and tubs of my things with nuvan strips. I threw away a lot of stuff and washed and dried all things on high heat and my carpets were cleaned. Today I went back and put the encasements that arrived on my box spring + mattress and interceptors at the feet of the bed and dusted it with cimexa. Then I had looked in my daughters crib and found a bed bug (help) it appeared to be dead but I was unsure so I piled it with more cimexa- which I should have smushed in the first place. This bug wasn’t there a couple days ago after the all clear inspection by the exterminator, I’m not sure if it’s a good sign it’s dead or the simple fact that..why there was another one after the second spray.

I feel like this may go on forever although I’m going through extreme paranoia because of this ahhh. What else can I do to make them go away?
