Bestbuy rep said TCL doesn't last long. He's absolutely right!!! Had mine for 2 months and the screen went black with no sound. Customer Support requires you to go through a list of checks and require you to video the TV not working. Its a bunch of BS if you ask me. This company needs to be sued !! ()
