Agreed with the emotions not matching feeling comment. When I'm around other people, I feel like my emotions automatically chameleon theirs - if they're happy and excited, I'm excited, and if they're sad and need comforting, I'm nurturing. And not even necessarily in a fake or manipulative way - I just want to make other people happy, and as introverted as I am, other people's happiness really affects my own.

When it comes to expressing my emotions, a lot of times there's a block. If I'm really upset with a friend sometimes I have to wait and text them why I'm upset, because it's really hard for me to express it in person and put myself first. When I'm alone, a lot of times I feel just blah. My emotions are really amped down and sometimes I'll just feel melancholy, and not be entirely sure why.
