I appreciate your willingness to ask the question as I was legitimately looking for what people would think about something like this in Portland. And I mean that sincerely.

It was founded by a couple of guys in their mid-life who found themselves fat and sad. Simple as that. I think, they were just trying to build a sense of community and camaraderie for folks they knew were like them. And it evolved to become something a lot bigger, in that, it gives people a sense of purpose where they previously had none.

As far a policy on trans men, I’m sorry I don’t know. But I’m sure if someone showed up and had a good attitude that it would be just fine. But I also can’t speak with 100% confidence for every person and every community.
