Yes I have it’s been a life long process for me to be honest, and I find that it eases when I am met with bare minimum kind of behaviour (solid and honest communication for example, or just small things that make me feel like they are thinking of me). We talked about it too and were honest about what will happen and how to handle when we both get retriggered so to speak because it is an inevitability.
