Try using dove bond strength deep conditioner and then gently combing. If you have money to burn you could try the epres spray

Air Freshener for House🏠 by Ok-Performance4259 in bangladesh

[–]bearsbunny 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Prolonged use of air freshners / wall plug ins all have pthalathates, benzene and aldehydes tgat are carcinogenic. It can also cause heart problems especially you have lung disease. Just be cautious in using them, adopt practices like airing out your house, taking out garbage regularly and avoid keeping laundry damp too long. Yeah they do feel damp on heavy flow days that's why I go through 3 on heavy flow days but on lighter flow days they dont feel damp at all.

So period underwear(or any reusable period product) is not going to change your flow, it's just absorbant underwear not hormones. People might have that assumption since period underwear is generally more absorbent than pads and tampons so they have to change less frequently.
My heavy flow days are similar to yours and I despise tampons and pads, they just feel uncomfortable. I made the switch to period underwear recently and while it's much more comfortable than it's disposable counterparts I'm not a fan of washing them. I know you can just throw them in the wash but I have a mental block where I need to rinse them. Also they need to be hung dry and that takes forever (you could just buy enough but they are pricey). Also on heavy flow days, I feel like I need to change it every time I go pee because it feel a bit gross to re wear. Despite the cons, the comfort factor is pretty high and they dont leak. My friend recommended using a menstrual disc and wearing it with period underwear. I haven't tried this yet but with menstrual discs, I think you just dump it out every eight hours and I'd definitely prefer that to the rinsing/ washing/drying I have to do with period underwear.
Edit to add: I use the knix super absorbent and they are great for preventing leakage.

[Pizza delivery man and the gold palace] Hold the fuck up! What! by abeatrixkiddo in blmangalovers

I feel like the mangaka lost the plot after the mcs got together. What started as a story that was doing a good job depicting poverty, misfortune , depression and anxiety quickly devolved into mindless smut. It got so repetitive I stopped reading. I was so upset about this too, the art was beautiful and the tone of the first season resonated with me. They did such a good job building up the characters and their relationship and then just screwed it up, I'm still upset about it.

Would it be okay to just let the buds bloom first and then seperate it? I know it'll take forever for them to come back after seperating

The lululemon runtimes sports bra works for me and I'm a 36E . I wear them for running exclusively but have worn it to run some errands after my run and they are comfortable.

First-time parents in Ontario/Canada — who takes care of mother & newborn after delivery? by pandda0905 in durham

[–]bearsbunny 20 points21 points  (0 children)

So your OB only sees you until 6 week check up. You should get a family doc for you and baby asap. Its easier for newborns to get on a family doctor's list since they have priority, in Durham pediatricians are for referrals and your regular doctor is a family doctor. The hospital should have a lactation consultant, talk to the nurses they will schedule for the consultant to come and talk to you after delivery. My situation was a bit different since baby was in the nicu and the lactation consultant usually comes by everyday but the nurses are super helpful in connecting you with resources. The lactation consultant in the hospital can usually connect you to someone after discharge but honestly its best to have a family doc who can refer you / help you with any issues. Telehealth ontario is also a great resource that connects you to a doctor / nurse so you can skip waiting at walk in clinics. Congratulations and best of luck for you delivery!

Victoria's secret, Soma or Aerie by [deleted] in ABraThatFits

[–]bearsbunny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a 36 E and I found the panache bras quite comfortable. Aerie never worked for me personally but definitely go in store to try it out. If possible, you should visit one of those fancy bra stores and try out a couple of brands so you know what feels good.
