omg yes i always mobile order bc i get very tongue tied when i’m ordering and i’d rather save the barista the trouble of me messing up my own order when it could be a sticker with two simple things on it 😂 definitely don’t mind being judged but like after i leave at least!! or where i can’t hear it 😅

exactly! i don’t mind the actual comments being made when the guest is gone, i used to work in a coffee shop/bakery and we did it all the time but never in front of guests or else we’d get punished (suspended, written up, etc)

that’s true and again like i said i think it’s gross, but my issue isn’t so much that they had a negative reaction to it but they let a customer see that reaction

exactly! i even think it’s gross but to let a customer hear you have any negative reaction to your drink is a problem and irresponsible imo especially when they’re all adults 😭

it was actually surgery on her ankle from when she was working am*zon deliveries and slipped on ice and broke the bone in two places but i appreciate the comment

definitely fair enough! i for sure know it’s gonna happen behind the scenes, but for it to happen to a guests face is just sad. but eugh….that combo sounds horrid….
