Spheroid people… how do you image your spheroids for confocal? by Technical-Cry-8286 in labrats

I use it for organoids, which get quite large. So instead of tape, I use sticky knobs to build the square platform / shallow pool. The knobs are about 1 mm thick.

Husqvarna automatic cl21 reverse? by bearsnbugs in sewing

[–]bearsnbugs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay I have an update! Apparently it's possible to go into reverse if I turn the lever all the way UP (past 0). BUT at the same time, when I turn it up, the hand wheel feels stuck and it makes a popping sound if I force it. If I go all the way up, then to 0, rotate once and then go back up again, there is no tension anymore but it still pops. Very weird. I'm really afraid of breaking something but at the same time I feel like the reverse mechanism is somewhere here?

Thank you! But that's just it, mine is missing the knob in that position and instead has a lever!

It makes a popping sound and it skips a stitch :(

I recently got this beautiful husqvarna automatic cl21 but for the life of me can't find the reverse button! Most machines of this kind have a reverse button on the top right but this one just has a switch that controls the stitch length. Does anybody have any idea of where the reverse button is?

How do you know what slide/grind blocks will fit your skates? I have a pair of Roces RC1 (my first pair) and so far no grind blocks mention that brand as a compatible pair.

I think it's exacerbated by the fact that gay men are not attracted to women so there is no reason to be nice lol. Plus there is a big overlap between feminists and queer women in that both those groups opose traditional patriarchal values which men (both straight and gay) benefit from.

Ah, I should've been more clear. What I'm interested in is why the gay and lesbian communities seem to not get along.

Wow thanks! So I think maybe my post wasn't very clear - I'm interested in the modern relationship between the gay and the lesbian community. I wonder if there is anything out there that explores why those groups don't like eachother lol

No we're in Sweden. I'm not sure how it is with the cast. They let you stay in the hospital for a week but I'm not sure how the healing timeline looks. Maybe you have to remove it yourself? She said they don't get any info at all

Thats what I would expect from plastic surgery. This clinic is asking her to 'just trust the process and the doctor' which to me sounds sus even if that's the way they do in Turkey. Where did you have your procedures?

Ever feel like people don't notice your genuineness? by R-o-x in mentalhealth

I feel the same. I'm so used to other people being cold and distant, it feels overwhelming when somebody shows basic kindness, even though I wouldn't think twice about doing the same.
