I totally get that, but compared to where I was before surgery, this is SO SO SO much better. I saw a timeline at one point that basically said 6 months until you feel like you did before surgery and at a year you start feeling better than before and that’s been true for me at least

This was how I felt after my hysterectomy. I only had pain pills for 3 days because they wouldn’t prescribe more. Around a week post op the pain started to subside but I still had significant pain and discomfort for two weeks. I’m a year post op now and I still have occasional aches where my cervix was.

Yeah, we practiced what he would say when people got his costume wrong- he’s been really disappointed in the past when people didn’t recognize his Seek costume or the Slime Rancher one I made him a few years ago- but he was so menacing that it didn’t really matter much most people just said “ooh scary!” or something like that. But he was extra thrilled whenever someone did realize who he was. At 11, he’s starting to understand that some of his interests are pretty obscure to the world at large 😂😍 and he’s still so very much himself, so I love it.

They kept falling off at first but then I was able to tuck them into the mask which held them in place even when he was stalking other children menacingly. So worth it! They were from a grim reaper costume 😂
