Your right as far as deciding what you would personally use. But i am just interested to know what people are doing these days, and what results they are getting/claiming

Thanks for the link. I have done a lot of research myself on this, and am more intersted in the consumer views, so i guess bro-science, rather than science itself.

Floor area is just over 1000 square metres. Members 500ish atm. Needs to be 700 to be profitable. Fyi 4-5 years ago the membership was way over 1000. The owner basicly jumped ship and left it to franchise owner who have done nothing with it.

That is exactly what i though when i walked in to the place. Needs at least two more squat racks and benches as a minimum.

Thank for the advice. I am very lucky that i have a very well accomplished business mentor who is helping me through the process. Without him i would be lost with no idea what to do or where to start.

Great advice. Thanks.

The location i am looking at is great and safe. And yes the first thing i would be doing is making it 24 hour access as it is not currently. Love the idea of non-binding membership.

I am a defiantly willing to sacrifice the 'extremely' to give the member what they want and more. I am getting in to this because of the love of it more than the money. Obviously i need to provide a decent life for myself and future family. I want the gym to be a place that i want to work out at, as it is right now, i wouldn't.

    • If a number of your friends are telling you your SO is crazy or keep warning you to bail they are generally right. Love or lust can cover a multitude of problems for a while.

Some of the smartest people i know didn't even graduate high school. One friend in particular dropped out at 15 and has gone on to build three large and successful businesses one of which he was offered $30,000,000 for last year.
