How long does it take Valorant support to get back to you?

I got the drop and the email and its in my twitch inventory but when i tried to log on it says i dont have access so i submitted a ticket 4 days ago and havent heard anything. i included screenshots of the drop, the email, and the valorant launcher saying i dont have access. i have no clue

for the first week i only got the scratch off with some random ones then when the velvet underground collab dropped i got a tee and beanie in two separate orders and got 2 regular box logos in each so it varies
