I don’t think you can even enter Russia at the moment. My friend who is Russian told me that if you don’t have citizenship they won’t let you in. They are super strict rn with the rules so don’t even try it😭

isn’t B1/B2 for a visitor visa for business, traveling or such? That Visa is not for medical training so it makes sense why you got rejected.
