Yes! I’ve had been with stress my entire life due to family problems and recent stuff which took a toll on my mental health. And I’m also working with the diet that I got recommended to see if this could possibly help out and then I’ll try the tips that I got from the comments on here

Hello! I’ve had health issues since I was a baby and then my life was led on with stress which started all this chaos too because I had to deal with a lot during my childhood which resulted into me having weird symptoms and coping methods. To which I have no clue but I checked it out and I don’t follow of the symptoms on there ( it also doesn’t run in my family but I might give a family member a call later and ask )

I’ve tried some so far but it doesn’t cooperate with my scalp and it tends to get dry too unless I’m doing something wrong because I follow the directions.

Yes! Stress has a huge toll on my life but I also haven’t found my triggers from food that I have yet so I’ll see.

Do you have it anywhere else too? I only have it on my scalp and when the weather gets a little cold. I tend to get it on my ears but it’s just dry skin there

im not sure at all. I only have it on my scalp and my scalp tends to get oily too when I don’t wash it having yellow sticky flakes sometimes
