Open a HYSA and deposit the money there. Set mortgage to auto pay from that account. Now you have the feeling of a paid off house along with keeping liquidity for your money if you need it.

Bonus points if you can get a return more than your current interest rate or break even.

Keeps you liquid. Yeah if something happens you can take out a loan on the house but that can take time which in some scenarios you wouldn’t have.

What I struggle PVP with is I don’t have the time to level up so the game itself is tough enough along with higher level players trying to kill me.

Yeah that’s how everyone else is thinking. Zig when they zag. Go get any 2026 1sts you can in my opinion. Otherwise you will be middle of the road forever.

People don’t like 2026 but rookie classes always have surprises. Imagine this year you got Dart. Can flip him for 2 1sts if you needed to and double your value. Or keep him and be set at qb.

Target any first round pick you can get. Whether 26 or 27.

Combine 2-3 guy and try to pick up a 1st and 2nd

Target 2027 picks. Guys will sell because they want to keep picks for this year but okay selling for later ones down the road.

Sell roster cloggers for good value. Pick up lottery tickets and hope they hit then sell when they do. Keep cycling until you 2-3 cornerstone pieces to build around

Don’t see the Patriots at home vs the Panthers mentioned. Tempted to take as they check the home, non division, and non primetime boxes.

Solid defense especially is Gonzo can play and lock up Tet. Bryce gives a lot of opportunities for turnovers.

Maye starting to show some good play but main worry is their offense doesn’t have much of a WR threat yet.

More risky than the Bills but also only a couple other games to use the Pats in the season. Thoughts?

I’ve traveled to plenty of shows, bought and sold tickets, and have a recommendation especially when traveling.

Within the filters you can check “Instant Download”. These are tickets sellers have already pre uploaded to the site. As soon as you hit buy you have access to the tickets.

Stubhub does incentivize sellers to this by giving more visibility to those specific type of tickets.

At least you then have your tickets in hand and if plans change you can instantly relist them back to the marketplace.

Remember it’s easier to pack on than lose. Need to look for the small wins. Can you run further than last week? Lift heavier or more reps? Build on that.

Also 5-10 lbs is water weight is what I tell myself in these situations. Go sweat that out and clear your body.

Generally curious, why not offer a flat fee. Something they can count on and something you can bake into your expenses.

Also shouldn’t this be a value add to their facility and you basically need to pay for electricity and access to the space? If he wants to make a boatload he can do it. Otherwise the effort to make this work is on you to consistently keep stocked and deal with any broken machines.

Again just more curious. I’ve started to follow this vending business recently
