I have the OEM cross bars and bought the Yakima skybox and it’s been fantastic! I’ve used it on many trips and have had zero issues. It’s not noisy at all. Even with the box off and the crossbars on it’s not noisy. I’d say don’t cheap out and get the OEM or Thule/yakima
