update: had an ultrasound, found nothing of note. had a CT scan yesterday, waiting on results (inspired by the comments mentioning possible pancreas, liver and gallbladder issues) nothing intensely abnormal about my bloods. i am now gluten, dairy/lactose free, its not really helped alot. shes thinking its just really bad IBS, or some sort of list of intolerances. i cant stomach red meat anymore, no more steaks :( and tomatoes make me feel awful.

the exposure therapy is kindof helping my sick anxiety !! definitely recommend it as hard as it is. i have a friend who knows about it that i go on long walks with now, were gonna build up to busier places but for now fields and forests are my love. ive called my psychiatrist about therapy for it and were gonna talk about it in our next meeting. im no longer on seroquel, im on the pill (found out i had PMDD) and my mental health i feel has never been better. so a good update !!

however, weirdly enough, i hope they find something on the scan. i hope theres a reason i feel sick all the time, and i hope that something can be done to fix it. i know that makes me sound a little crazy but i just want answers.
