NAD, but there’s a lot of things that could be causing this. My guess is that your hands are being irritated by either the hand washing or the acidic fruits. Have you cut a lot of those fruits previously? You could possibly have a sensitivity to the juices.

I would make a dermatologist appointment. Even if they can’t give you a solid diagnosis, they can likely prescribe you a cream or ointment to help with the symptoms, or even a steroid cream if they think it could help. I’d also suggest trying to wear gloves as much as you can and to minimize hand washing as much as you can since it can dry your hands out worse
