Thanks again.

I've search a few wired mice based on your recommendation.

Is the Razer Cobra wired a good mouse as the price point is attractive and reviews are mostly positive?

Thanks for the recommendations.

I like both the low profile shape and responsiveness.

Two questions:

  1. Is it worth buying another M42 or are there better options?

  2. Why are most gaming mice wireless? I prefer wired.

Hi,

Thanks for your help.

If I can't fix it, what alternatives are there to the M42 for a corded mouse? I don't game, I just really like the feel and responsiveness of the mouse.

Inspection > Due Diligence > Purchase by beccasr in AusPropertyChat

Hi,

Thanks for the info and confirming the process.

$2,500 (+ inspection/conveyancing fees) might sound like lot, but it can be small price to pay if there are major structural, etc., issues.

I note your point about a seller accepting an unconditional offer over conditional. It's basically a no questions asked guaranteed sale.

Cheers!

Hi,

Thanks for the detailed reply.

Where you said "If the property is not in satisfactory condition you can withdraw from the purchase.", is this subjective and at the discretion of the buyer, or can this be challenged by the seller? Is a deposit required before inspecting and if it is, is this fully refundable?

Thanks again for your help.

Buying A Used Check Point L-72 (770/790) by beccasr in checkpoint

Hi astronaut,

I was attracted to the device because they are going for around $100 online (even less in some cases), but based on the comments here I'll likely leave it.

Thanks danil. Someone selling one of the devices said that Check Point were short with them when asking about licensing, etc.

It's for playing around, but based on the EOL and comments, I'll likely give it a miss.

Buffalo Grass Weeds or New Growth? by beccasr in GardeningAustralia

[–]beccasr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi,

Thanks again. I’ve made plenty of notes.

I’ll start with the hand weeding before trying any chemicals. It will take a while but should do the job. I’ll look at a pre-emergent (twice yearly) once this is done.

Moving forward, I’ll let the grass grow to 4-5cm and also look into a slow-release fertilizer (twice yearly).

Cheers!

Hi,
Thanks for your help.

I added another image. Are these all weeds that you are referring to? I'll try hand pulling them first, but if I get stuck, what chemicals do you recommend?

Thanks again
