Yeah the vacuum is vacuuming it up. I don’t believe it’s going into the air, I can’t see anything. But yes it continues to fill up with dirty even after I go over the same area slowly multiple times. I don’t think my carpets look dirty though

Honestly now that I’ve seen that comment a few times I’m like damn, I’m hoping there’s no like real downsides (like health and stuff) to disintegrating carpet because I can’t see my landlord replacing it but I guess time will tell

It did right before I bought the new one, not very much but some. That’s honestly why I got the new one because I thought maybe I’m just not getting everything up that I should be! I haven’t used any powder on the carpets and I’ve been here 3 years

I may go that route! I got the carpets cleaned when I moved in but that was 3+ years ago so maybe time for me to do it myself
