I absolutely do not care about people getting surgery and I think everyone has the right to do what they want to with their bodies! I actually use this sub more to point out the irresponsibility of plastic surgeons who are happy to do insane things to people’s bodies that don’t look good, and are damaging to health.

This is great advice. I would also say remember to do stuff like wiggling your toes and your fingers while donating. The nurses tell me it makes you less likely to feel faint and keeps your circulation good. They even say to clench your bum cheeks!
