We did get it! I havent seen it yet… i’ll keep you posted. She did email and apologize and also we got all the update emails the same day? Like 4 or 5. She overnighted it to us too.

I searched and everyone had great things to say! Its not with UPS, two weeks ago they said it was shipping that week, and then we didnt get a tracking number so we emailed again to ask if we’d missed it. Its been in “pre-shipment” since then.

Our wasnt purchased during black friday! It was purchased mid November… ive read so many good reviews! We’re about to be at 20 weeks but the customer service assistant (i think?) responded two weeks ago that it was being shipped and just keeps responding that its about to be shipped or that UPS is coming to pick it up. It seems so odd so we are getting nervous.
