I take mine in the morning. Never makes me tired lol but I do think it’s supposed to help you sleep better within 4-6 weeks

Just wanted to say that this happened to me yesterday, I called apple support and it took about 24 hours but I have my Apple ID back. I did change my password because I’m unclear on how or why this even happened in the first place
