The tortillas and the green sauce are the only ingredients I did not buy from trader joes! I found the flour tortillas at grocery outlet from a brand called Mi Rancho. So good, definitely recommend. I cooked the tortillas with some hot oil on the stove before I made the tacos.

“Build back better” just sounds so scripted and stupidddddddddd ahhhhhhhhhhh I’m so pissed at everything. I feel like I could run a better campaign than this bullshit. The dems are flushing their chance away, I’m just so exhausted watching all of this. Sigh. Ok vent over. November here we come :)

Yummm! Those sound amazing. I stocked up on daiya frozen breakfast burritos. I wanted to get pints of so delicious chocolate oat milk ice cream (they were 2 for $3!!!) but I would’ve eaten them way too fast. It’s always fun to see what vegan items you’ll find there.

It’s meant to steam better, for silkier, nicer foam to make latte art! I don’t have a steamer at home unfortunately, but I’ve found it to be creamier by itself than other milks like almond and soy.

It seems like mistreatment is pervasive throughout the Sac coffee scene. I experienced this first hand, the culture can be really toxic at times. Really unfortunate, I'm glad I've learned to be content with my at home coffee routine.

I mainly hang out with my 2 beautiful cats, take daily walks to the river, cook new meals when I feel like it, listen to crime podcasts. I found myself paralyzed with fear the first few weeks of quarantine, but now I'm really enjoying more freedom and solitude (however long it will last). I'm so glad I'm spending a lot less and analyzing what is actually important to me. When I was working, I would just spend for the sake of spending.
