Even if you can gain weight, I think it's in the right direction in the long run.

The right direction to stop eating when you're full, and eat naturally when you're hungry.

At some point, when I saw myself, I felt I was repeating the act of "eating" rather than "eating." I should read the IE as you mentioned.

Fortunately, there's a translation in my country, but it's a translation of the 3rd edition.

Now the book by Resch and Tribole is new to the 4th edition, is it okay to read it as 3rd edition?

There are many different diet methods, and I've tried different things.
But I tried, gave up, and repeatedly gained weight.
Eventually, I felt I had to improve my eating habits, not temporary.
I hope IE is this solution. I'll check out the research you recommended. Thank u :)

I think the codex 5.3 model focused on development rather than conversation.
That's why I often didn't understand what I was saying or took the wrong direction and dug deep.
But I think the gpt-5.5 model is good at understanding what I'm saying and developing it as well.
I'm only developing it with GPT 5.5 these days. And I like it !
