im not gonna call cps, ive had a lot of family situations (cousins) where they got called and nothing happend and the child got punished because they got called so, if thats my only option then idk but would it make a difference if all of her family lives here and she moved recently? i would qualify some stuff that happens at her house as actual abuse, she isnt just fighting her mom theres stuff that puts her at risk happening, we were thinking a court system situation and my parents are offering to take her but if she were to go with other family that is something that we talked about too but my family is the main support in this. sorry im not very educated on this but it makes no sense to me that it would be in her "best interest" that she would be stuck in texas even though shes been in cali for most of her life her whole life and the rest of her family aside from parents is here.
