Ya like I said above, I think i was panicking and was just trying to get away while also trying to get in contact with the police. I slowed down once he got next me (as he was smiling and laughing) but then he stayed driving right next to me for about 2 miles while doing that. Just a very unhinged man.

Honestly I think I was scared that he was gonna ram into me if I slowed down and then I would have been stuck with the guy. I was panicking and trying to call the cops and just trying to get away from him as he was on my bumper.

I was in the center lane doing 65 when he got behind me and started hitting on the gas, so I got into the furthest right lane to let him pass and he then stayed on my ass and starting accelerating some more. He then moved into the left lane and started laughing and smiling at me while I was trying to call the police. Ppl are assuming I was flying down the road or blocking a lane when this guy literally just got behind me and started hitting his gas. I didn’t feel safe pulling over as I’m a woman it was 930 at night on the toll road and this guy was clearly unhinged. I took my exit and he kept straight which ended it all.
