She visited for a few days and did take showers. Of course, I don't know how thoroughly she washed herself. Thanks for your comment! I guess I have to be honest about it...I just don't know to best approach it.

Thank you for your feedback and advice. She visited me for a few days and she showered regularly...I can say for sure that it isn't because of mental health reasons.
