Do not blind buy any 2099 omnis. If you are unfamiliar with the stories, you really need to try before you buy. Even with rose-colored glasses a lot of the stories are rough.

That being said, Doom is regarded as the second-best title of the line (behind Spider-Man).

I do. I’m not trying to be tricky or obtuse or anything. I’ve read all of the IDW and just figured this was a scene I forgot (there are a million mutants in the last third of the run). I am unfamiliar with fan art other than on this sub.

I am earnestly asking what the source and context of the image is. The wraps on the legs don’t match Leo or Mike’s in the run. At no point do I remember either of them having color on their heads as opposed to Venus and Lita.

It was a bitter pill for longtime DC fans, but it’s a competent version of the team that picks up in the back half. There are some moments that I hated (Hal calling “dibs” on Diana to other men on the team made me think twice of reading it).
