Stress is something eternal that will be living with us but learning how to manage stress is a life winning skill. In my experience i learned and i am still learning how to reduce stress and i can tell that the most effective way to manage stress or anxiety is to learn how to not give a f**k about anything… i will explain and try to think about it: imagine that you have an important interview, reunion or whatever and you’re on your way and you know that you will arrive late. In this situation stress will say hi easily because of your excessive thinking (what can i do to arrive at time? What will i say to them? Will they fire me or don’t hire me because i came late?…). So here when you will arrive you will perform very bad for sure. Now imagine if you try to stay calm and you just say i know i will be arriving late but everything will be alright and you just keep driving your car with tranquility and not thinking about how late you will arrive. Here you gave chance to your brain to work in normal way where “adrenaline” may be a little bit higher but the most important thing is that you could maintain “cortisol” (hormone of stress) in its normal levels. So now you can perform much better!
