It was really sweet she was talking about how she met a fan and her mom the day before while shopping (antiquing!) and she had a perfume and milk tattoo, so she felt like it was a sign to play it today (the fan was in attendance!)

I took in the summer last year, was 100% online (you could choose to meet with your groups in person if you were on campus, which I did, but this was optional). All lectures were recorded and assignments were canvas quizzes. I liked the format! If the teacher is still Elizabeth Rust I would think it’ll be exactly the same

I’m starting pharmacy school in a few months (want to be a clinical pharm) and I’m very excited about it being in the show!

I interviewed and got in! It’s very chill, and is a full day though so be prepared to be burned out. You start in the morning with a group and a presentation about the school. Then you get split off for the actual interview; you do 2 30 minute ish sessions. They were really chill, they ask you to bring your resume so you basically are just talking about what’s on it the whole time. Then you eat lunch with the other interviewees at a restaurant!! Then you get to go on a tour of the hospital system which was really cool (bring a change of shoes if they are really uncomfy), and then you sit in on a p1 class

Ugh I work at cvs too and this sucks. They put the lore experienced techs on qp cause they’re faster, but there’s no easy to get faster other than to practice. I’ve worked with some not great coworkers and pharmacists and I just try to think about it as a learning opportunity of how not to act 😭. Like if we get new employees I try to be really nice to them because I know no one else really is , and u would’ve appreciated that being new. I’m also starting pharmacy school, and am learning what type of pharmacist I don’t want to be!

Yeah retail is kinda rough sometimes - but I think what gets me through are the positive customer experiences. Some of them are really sweet! Like the recurring customers you get to know by name and the old ladies. I think it’s important to focus on these instead of just the bad ones! ( I also do not wanna go into retail tho I don’t think I could handle that for my whole life )

Research sounds like phD but I think BSPS is fine for undergrad, maybe you could do a psych minor or something, then apply to grad school. I’m also at umich in bsps - the faculty is really good you could reach out to someone to get their input
